The skin of the body has the same "rights" as the skin of the face! Yes, skin is skin, wherever it is and it is our primary clothing. The skin marks our boundary with the rest of the world, so it is most important that it is always healthy and in good shape. If we have healthy skin, it will be less susceptible to attack by any external agent, pathogenic or natural.
And if we talk about health, what is the first thing that comes to mind? WATER! Where there is water, there is life. Water is an indispensable element for survival and health, including of the skin. But how do I recognize if my skin is thirsty? If to the touch it is rough, to the eye I recognize more or less fine lines or even there are dry scales, almost certainly my skin is asking for help.
The first thing you can certainly do is to increase your water intake. Even just one extra glass a day is a great start. The second is to choose a cream that can help your skin get the amount of water it needs, even from the outside, and especially make sure it retains it within the tissue.
